Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-centric to ensure a risk-free experience for our users.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day "No Questions Asked" refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with UdyamERP for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the successful payment of your first subscription.

  • This policy applies to all our standard subscription plans.

  • The "No Questions Asked" guarantee applies only to the first-time purchase of the service and not to subsequent renewals or upgrades.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, simply reach out to our support team via one of the following methods:

  • Email: support@udyamerp.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Business Name]".

  • Support Ticket: Raise a ticket directly from your UdyamERP enquiry form.

Please include your Transaction ID or Invoice Number to help us process your request faster.

4. Processing the Refund

Once your request is received:

  • Your access to the UdyamERP premium features will be downgraded or deactivated.

  • We will initiate the refund process immediately.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Post-Refund Data Access

Upon the processing of a refund, your account data may be permanently deleted after a grace period of 7 days. We recommend exporting your GSTR reports and Ledger entries before requesting a refund if you wish to retain your records.

6. Cancellation After 7 Days

While the "No Questions Asked" refund is limited to the first 7 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated renewals. However, payments made for the current billing cycle after the 7-day window are non-refundable.
